Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier. Standard delivery timeframes are 3-5 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, back order, or full refund.

A restocking fee of 20% applies for returned products, except for faulty items.
Return claims can be arranged via Online Dental Supplies, with all return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. All returns must have prior approval, be made within seven days of the invoice date, and be in original, resalable condition, including all original packaging and contents.
Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds are issued only after goods are returned to Online Dental Supplies.
